Your data, your choice. Here's how to delete your data from WalletTrack.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

To request complete deletion of your WalletTrack account and all associated data, send an email to navindarshan2@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your account.
• Your full name (as registered on the account).

We will verify your identity and process the deletion request promptly.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, preferences).
• All expense records and transaction history.
• Budget configurations and financial goals.
• Investment portfolio data.
• Bank account and credit card information.
• Data extracted from connected email accounts.
• Two-factor authentication settings.
• Session data and authentication tokens.
• Email notification preferences and history.

Google Account Data

If you connected your Google account for Gmail-based expense extraction, deleting your WalletTrack account will:

• Remove all stored OAuth tokens and credentials.
• Delete all data extracted from your emails.
• Revoke access to your Google account. You can also manually revoke access by visiting your Google Account permissions page.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible. Once deletion is complete, the action is irreversible and your data cannot be recovered.

Data We May Retain

After account deletion, we may retain certain information only as required by applicable law, including:

• Records required for legal compliance or regulatory obligations.
• Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you.
